1. The Republic of Côte d’Ivoire (the Recipient) will implement the Water Security and Sanitation Support Program (the Project) with the involvement of the Ministry of Hydraulics, Sanitation and Hygiene (MINHAS) and with the participation of the Ministry of Water and Forestry (MINEF), as indicated in the Financing Agreement and the Project Agreement. The International Development Association (the Association) has agreed to provide financing for the Project, as set out in the referred agreements.
